Website: not so user friendly when browsing the genres and product ranges.
Product: the female Pearl Wedding painted mug had a flaw in the painted decoration. A bubble had burst and smeared during glazing, perhaps products could be checked more thoroughly before dispatch?

I was very happy with the personal service I received. I was emailed examples of the photo I supplied as it would be on several different plate designs to help me make a choice. Nothing was too much trouble.
My plate arrived at my home four days after my final order was submitted. It was well wrapped in a lovely presentation box. Thank You.
