| I've brought half a dozen MIDs from this store. They always keep you informed and give you options, such as when one of my pre-orders was going to be a week late while firmware was fixed. Jiongtang asked if I was happy to receive it with early firmware and update it myself a week later. Jiontang also has a forum that he release new updates to products on. Typically he is the first place to release it and gives fast downloads for people outside of china. |

The design of the website is very poor and difficult to navigate.
After ordering JT's customer service is poor with no updates as to the progress of your order.
I have received orders placed from them but it usually takes a longer time than expected.
Poor website, poor customer service, poor communication, slow delivery but they do offer cheap prices. |

Please provide more detail on device Specifications...
ie. Resitive/Capacitive screens, spec options against included features, battery ratings, connectivity options etc.
I find many (most) of your listings to be short on real detail - others to be quite good.

A very good site for MIDs direct from china....they have products with good specifications esp. the android ones.
I bought a SmartQ V7 from them in Dec,2009....It has three OS pre-installed.I made a pre-order.They said to wait for two weeks for it but the order was a bit delayed, still I was happy to receive it alongwith named accessories via DHL.I remained in contact with the sales department all during this time and they kept me updated via email...I am happy doing business with them. |
