They always keep you informed and give you options, such as when one of my pre-orders was going to be a week late while firmware was fixed. Jiongtang asked if I was happy to receive it with early firmware and update it myself a week later. Jiontang also has a forum that he release new updates to products on. Typically he is the first place to release it and gives fast downloads for people outside of china. |

The design of the website is very poor and difficult to navigate.
After ordering JT's customer service is poor with no updates as to the progress of your order.
I have received orders placed from them but it usually takes a longer time than expected.
Poor website, poor customer service, poor communication, slow delivery but they do offer cheap prices. |

Please provide more detail on device Specifications...
ie. Resitive/Capacitive screens, spec options against included features, battery ratings, connectivity options etc.
I find many (most) of your listings to be short on real detail - others to be quite good.
Thanks anyway - nice site. Looking forward to capacitive screens in MID, high cap battery, 1+Ghz cpu and bright displays. Thanks. |
