I think the website is very good is easy to use.Being able to listen before buying is a great idea. Having said that, Windchimes Australia needs to automate the order process better.
After payment by Paypal which is 100% guaranteed, I should not have to wait 24 hours (or longer) for order confirmation. It should be immediate. Although Paypal is a secure platform. the buyer is always concerned when there is no communication at all (automated or otherwise) from the supplier.

It was very easy to choose my wind chimes online, made even better by being able to listen to them before purchase. I received them in excellent condition a couple of days after ordering.
