The SiteTrust Network server will be undergoing scheduled network maintenance which may impact on your trust seal display. On Thursday February 5, 2015 beginning at 10:00 PM CST our hosting provider will be upgrading the network hardware that our server relies on. The maintenance period will conclude at 3:00 AM CST on Friday February 6, 2015. During this 5 hour period there may be short periods of less than 3 minutes where the SiteTrust Network website and its seal images may be inaccessible.

On April 16 the SiteTrust Network experienced an extended period of downtime due to packet loss and latency issues at our data center.

After changing the service's name from the eTrust Network to the SiteTrust Network in June 2007, we are now retiring support for the original etrustnetwork.com domain.

All links referencing etrustnetwork.com will cease directing to sitetrustnetwork.com on April 30, 2014.

Our back link checks haven't unearthed any members still referencing etrustnetwork.com, but for those who haven't updated their links since 2007, simply change any link or image URL that references www.etrustnetwork.com to www.sitetrustnetwork.com.

We are pleased to announce that the Account Area now provides buttons to share your feedback on Facebook, Google+ and Twitter.

This new set up replaces the previous integration with Twitter, which involved navigating to a separate page to Tweet feedback.

Your feedback can now be conveniently shared on all three social media sites from the My Feedback page.

In the case of Facebook and Twitter, you have the opportunity to add a comment or tweak your message before publishing.

Members who have enabled visitor feedback can now publish selected feedback on Twitter directly from the My Feedback section in the Account Area.

Simply click on 'Tweet Feedback', sign into Twitter, then select the feedback comments you wish to Tweet.
