A new tool has been added to the Merchant account area. It enables merchants to display a custom message to visitors after they have submitted feedback. The message can provide a coupon or promotional code as a reward to the customer. To keep things fair and transparent, the custom message is displayed to the customer regardless of the feedback rating submitted.

This service is now operating under the name SiteTrust Network as opposed to the original name, eTrust Network. As a result of the change over, there may still be references to eTrust Network on the website and the seals themselves. These will be updated over the next week or so.

Due to a potential trademark conflict, this service will soon trade using the name "Site Trust Network" as opposed to "eTrust Network". The primary site domain will change from eTrustNetwork.com to SiteTrustNetwork.com. We will retain the etrustnetwork domain names and forward all traffic to the appropriate locations.

All seal images will be updated accordingly. For merchants displaying seals on their websites, no action is required from you providing you are linking to the seal image rather than using a saved copy of the seal file.

A new feature has been added to the merchant center that enables approved websites to display their eTrust Network feedback directly on their website. The feedback feeds can be customized to fit the design and layout of the merchant site. This feature is available to all approved merchant sites that have been set to accept visitor feedback.
